In stock products are dispatched within 3-7 working days from order date.
Non-stock items or items supplied as special order should be dispatched 7-14 days from receipt of order, unless stated otherwise.
All UK orders are dispatched by courier although some local deliveries may be made in person by Just Like Wendy’s.
If you require next day delivery please contact us as this can be provided at an extra cost.
Please note your delivery will be attempted once. If you are not in you will be emailed and left a card to arrange the redelivery of the items. If you do not arrange the redelivery after 3 working days the items will be returned to us. There will be an additional cost to you for us to then redeliver the items again.
We do ship Worldwide, however items over 10kgs may have to be refunded if not arranged prior to placing the order on the website due to the difficulty in shipping large items. Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we can confirm costs before placing an order.
Click & Collect
We can arrange for items to be collected free of charge from our premises located at Sparrows Hill Livery, Sparrows End, Newport, Saffron Walden, Essex CB11 3TU.

Items are held for 7 days, if not collected they will be returned to stock and you will be contacted prior to a refund.
Refunds and Returns
You are entitled to a product refund or exchange if your purchase is returned within 14 days of receipt.
Please notify us by email firstname.lastname@example.org link please that you wish to return your purchase. Your purchase must be returned in the same condition as received and in its original packaging.
We will not refund or exchange, if the product is damaged, used or altered in anyway. Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Incomplete or Damaged Items

Any missing or damaged items must be reported within 7 days.
